Once we are tuned in with the cosmic power, then doing daily deeds becomes very simple and most effective. That is why one should wake up every morning during Brahma Muhurta i.e. between 4:00 and 4:30 in the morning and do meditation. By doing this regularly our mindset becomes positive and powerful.
2) Doing Workout:
Most of the time we think that doing workout means going to the gym, but we will tell you here that if one wants to make the mind full of power, then one should do yoga. In yoga also one should do Bhamri, Anulomvilom, you can also do Pranayam, if you do it regularly then your inner organs and soul will get purified. You will be able to control your breathing, due to which your age will increase and your mind power will become full. It is said that if the body is healthy then the mind is powerful. Because only in a healthy body resides a powerful soul. If we consider our body as home then to keep the soul in the form of a guest we will have to keep this house clean and sacred.
3) Eating Healthy Food:
If we want to have a good body then along with yoga, we also need pure and satvik food. If we eat Tamsi food then our mind will be of Tamsi vrutti which shows negative mindset. We have to eat the food which develops a positive mindset in us. That is why we should eat healthy vegetarian food.
4) Reading:
For having a good mind we need good thoughts. And good thoughts come from good books. And those books can be our scriptures, Puranas, history, revolutionary thoughts. That is why we should read more spiritual books.
5) Listing.
To make the mind powerful and positive, we should read good thoughts and also listen to the teachings of saints and Gurus, because Guru is very necessary in life.
